Getting found on the map.
How does it start?
You send us a list of your past customers. We text each one a personal review request from your own business number, with your logo and their first name on it, in business hours only. One tap opens a short review page with a direct link to your Google review form. You keep every review.
How fast will I rank higher on Google Maps?
Reviews are the fast win: the review push to your past customers starts in your first week. Ranking is slower. Most businesses see first movement on the map in 3 to 4 months, with bigger jumps at 6 to 7 months. That is why management is monthly, and why you get a ranking heat map every month.
Can you guarantee a top 3 spot on Google Maps?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. Google decides the ranking. We do the work Google rewards and show you the heat map every month, so you can see the movement for yourself. We will never promise a position or a date.
What does Google listing management include?
The work Google rewards week by week: posts, photos, review replies, and listing updates, plus the review requests to your customers and a ranking heat map every month.
What happens on the day-14 call?
You see the review count, your ranking heat map, and what monthly management does from here, and we agree your plan. Month to month, no minimum term, cancel with 30 days notice. You keep every review either way.
What if my customer list is short?
Everyone on your list gets asked. A longer list produces more reviews, because not everyone replies. You keep every review it produces.
What if a customer is unhappy?
Every customer gets the same direct link to your Google review form, happy or not. Google does not allow businesses to screen out unhappy customers, and we do not do it. If a critical review lands, we help you post a calm, professional reply, and Google shows that reply right under the review.
What if I already rank well?
Then you may not need full management, and we will say so on the call. If a smaller piece of work keeps your rank where it is, we will tell you that too.
Pricing, terms, and what you keep.
How is my price set?
By how many crews you run and how many jobs you do a month. We size it with you on a 15-minute call. Plans start at $497 a month.
Do I pay anything up front?
How you get started is set on the 15-minute call, along with your monthly price. Google Rankings management is month to month. A website build, if you add one later, bills half to start and half at go-live.
Why is Google Rankings management priced monthly?
Because ranking on Google Maps is earned week by week: posts, photos, review replies, and listing updates that Google rewards over time. A month-to-month plan keeps us accountable to the heat map every month, and keeps you free to leave if it is not moving.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Month to month. No minimum term. Cancel with 30 days notice. Your pricing is locked for 12 months from signing.
What do I keep if I cancel?
Every review stays on your Google profile. Reviews belong to your business, not to us. Your contacts and pipeline data are yours too, and we hand them over as an export.
Is 24/7 call answering included?
No. 24/7 call answering is priced separately, by monthly call volume, and is not included in any plan. It answers your inbound calls and runs alongside whichever monthly plan you choose.
When you want somewhere better to send them.
Do I need a website to get found?
No. Your Google listing can ring the phone on its own, and many clients start there. When the calls are coming in and you want somewhere better to send them, we build a free mockup of your site first and size the build on a call.
How does the free mockup work?
Fill in the mockup form. It takes about five minutes, with no call and no commitment. A private link to one page built from your real photos and reviews lands in your inbox within 48 hours. If you do not go ahead, nothing happens.
Why are website prices not listed?
Because a site for a one-truck operator and a site for a company covering three counties with eight service lines are not the same job, and one number would be wrong for both. We size the build on a 15-minute call, after you have seen your mockup. Half is billed to start and half at go-live, and you own the source files on final payment.
Why does every site come with a monthly plan?
Because a site without hosting, lead capture, and follow-up behind it is a brochure. The plan is what answers the missed call, asks for the review, and chases the quote.
What if I already have a site?
Then the mockup shows you what it could look like rebuilt, using your existing content and reviews. Many clients come to us with a site that works but does not produce calls. The plan is usually the bigger change.
Who you work with.
Is the 15-minute call free?
Yes. No cost and no obligation. We look at your Google listing together, and you leave with a short list of what to fix first, whether or not we work together.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. Have your business name and your website link handy if you have one. No website yet? Tell us on the call and we start from there.
Who will I work with?
Jim, the founder. Builds and support are handled here in Edgewater, Maryland. No outsourcing, no offshore handoff.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. Review requests and missed-call texts go out from your existing business number. No port-out, and no app for your customers to download.
Can I talk to someone before I book?
Yes. Call Jim directly at (443) 905-6575.
