How does payment work?

What is the minimum commitment on paid builds?
There is no minimum on the monthly plan. Pick any plan tier, start with a 14-day free trial, and change or cancel with 30 days notice.
How does AI Automation pricing work?
AI Automation is sold separately from website builds. A Single Workflow is $1,500 one-time. A Workflow Pack of 3 to 5 workflows that share data is $3,000 one-time. Monthly AI add-ons that sit on top of any ZFM plan run $50 to $200 a month depending on volume. Larger one-time builds range from $1,500 to $5,000 and are scoped on a discovery call.
What is the AI Strategy retainer minimum?
The AI Strategy retainer is $2,500 a month with a 6-month minimum. You get 8 hours of AI-fluent strategic guidance plus 1 dedicated build day every month. After the 6-month minimum the retainer continues month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
Does the price include hosting?
Hosting is included on every monthly plan. If you only buy a build with no monthly plan, hosting is billed separately at our cost. Most clients pick a monthly plan because it bundles hosting, lead capture, and review automation in one number.
What if I need add-ons?
Add-ons are quoted per project. Examples include extra service pages, blog setup, location pages, custom integrations, and AI automations. We tell you the cost before any work starts.
How is animation count decided?
Animation is a design decision, not a counting exercise. We start with the hero and add motion graphics where they sharpen the story. Standard usually means hero plus one ambient section. Premium usually means hero plus a few ambient sections. Custom is showcase motion across the site. We pick the right number for your build, not a quota you have to meet.
What is not included?
Stock photography licensing beyond what we provide, paid ad spend, third-party tool subscriptions outside our standard stack, and printed assets are not included. Anything outside the scope is quoted up front.
