Do I need to learn GoHighLevel?
No. We configure it so the operator just sees their pipeline, their leads, and their next action. The setup work happens once. After that, you live in the contacts view and the pipeline kanban. We onboard you in a 30-minute screen-share.
What happens to my existing CRM data?
Migration is included if you are coming from a common system (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho, Jobber, HoneyBook, a Google Sheet). We pull contacts, deals, notes where possible, and tag them so you can tell historic data from new leads.
Can I customize the pipeline stages later?
Yes. Stages, custom fields, automation rules: all editable from the dashboard. We tune the starting configuration to your actual sales cycle during onboarding, then you adjust as you learn. We help with the bigger changes if you want a second pair of eyes.
