Multi-page builds

Multi-page websites when one page is too small.

When your business needs more than 1 to 3 pages: service pillar pages, city landing pages, FAQ surfaces, the full editorial treatment. The Standard ($1,500) and Premium ($2,500) one-time build tiers live here, with premium motion on the hero and key sections.

Why a 3-page site is not enough

A homepage that tries to be five pages is a homepage that converts like one.

When a business has multiple services, multiple service areas, or multiple buyer types, a single homepage flattens all of them into a generic pitch. The fix is dedicated pages per concept, not denser copy on one page.

The SEO surface

You cannot rank for pages you do not have.

Google ranks pages, not businesses. Without a page specifically about "missed call text back" or "Annapolis web design", you cannot rank for those queries no matter how strong your homepage is. Service pillars and city pages exist to take up that surface.

The conversion path

Multi-offer businesses need a dedicated page per offer.

If you sell three distinct services, a generic homepage that lists all three converts worse than three focused pages, each with its own pricing, FAQ, and proof. The buyer who lands on "review automation" wants that page, not the catch-all.

The local depth

Local SEO rewards geographic depth.

A page that names neighborhoods, mentions real local industries, and carries city-specific schema markup outranks a generic homepage that swaps the city name in. City landing pages are the standard play for that reason.

How it works

From scoping call to live multi-page site in 1 to 2 weeks.

Multi-page builds have more moving parts than a single landing page, but the workflow is the same shape. One operator, one timeline, no project-manager Slack thread.

STEP 01

Discover

15-minute scoping call. We figure out what the site needs to do, which services need pillar pages, which cities or service areas need landing pages, and which tier (Standard or Premium) fits.

STEP 02

Architect

Sitemap and content plan locked. You see the full page list and section arc before we write a line of copy. Approve the IA in a single review.

STEP 03

Build

We write copy, build pages on the ZFM design system, wire schema markup, motion, and forms. You see the staging URL as it comes together. One round of revision is included.

STEP 04

Launch

Live on your domain in 1 to 2 weeks from the discovery call. Sitemap submitted to Google, lead form wired to your CRM, schema markup verified before launch.

What you get

A multi-page site that actually does the work.

Everything below ships in every Standard or Premium build. Page counts and motion depth scale with the tier.

4 to 8 pages depending on tier (you get the page list locked at scoping)
Service pillar pages with FAQ schema per offer
City or service-area landing pages with LocalBusiness schema
Premium motion on hero and key sections
Full editorial copy treatment (we write or polish your draft)
Mobile-responsive across every breakpoint
SSL, hosting, and domain setup or transfer
Lead capture form wired to your CRM
GHL chat widget integration for SMS opt-in
Schema.org markup per page type (Service, FAQPage, LocalBusiness)
Open Graph and Twitter card metadata per URL
Sitemap.xml regenerated and submitted to Google Search Console
One round of revision after first preview
A2P 10DLC-compliant Privacy and Terms pages

What clients say about the build quality.

★★★★★

They set up automated responses for missed calls and lead inquiries, a simple CRM to track conversations, and a review request system that has made it much easier to build our Google reputation. Everything runs in the background so we can focus on serving customers.

Exceeded my expectations!! Making a website — especially an idea that you have in mind for yourself or business — is not as easy as they make it out to be. So to allow someone else to take over, as hard as that was for me, was the best decision I could have made. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out and couldn't recommend him enough!

Newly small business owner here. I came across Jimmy Hoover through a recommendation for my website build, but most importantly I needed someone who has as much passion as I do for growing my business. Jimmy set forth a clear plan that came with immediate execution and already his services are paying off. His plans are very reasonable for the professional services he provides, and I'll be upgrading very soon. Thanks Jimmy for helping me grow.

Eliminating the potential of burnout was an absolute non-negotiable when I set out leaving the traditional workforce and entering the solopreneur world. Insert ZapFlowMatic. As an individual who loved to be able to do it all, past experiences taught me that optimization of one's skills and time is where sustained success can live. The company, the owner, and most importantly the knowledge on how to automate the sometimes mundane but important tasks of the every day allowed me to plug myself in where most needed for my company to continue to thrive. The biggest importance for me and my business was to still allow myself to jump in at any point of the automation process and let that personal touch shine through with my clients and prospects — with ZFM we were able to fine-tune that perfect in-between. If you are looking to add them on as a tool to your tool belt, simply send me the 'thank you' via chat later.

Pricing

Two tiers, one-time pricing, you own the site.

Multi-page Website Design is paid one-time, not bundled into a monthly plan (the free mockup is the proof step). Hosting after launch is billed separately at our cost.

Standard
$1,500 one-time
For focused service businesses

4 to 5 pages. Service pillar pages for your core offers, a primary city landing page, FAQ section. 2 to 3 motion treatments. Best for a single-location business with a focused offer set.

Discuss Standard

Started with a single landing page? Upgrading to Standard is $1,500 or Premium is $2,500, and your existing content carries forward. Same design system, no rebuild from scratch. See the full pricing page for every tier.

Common questions

What people ask before scoping.

How is this different from the free mockup?
The free mockup is the proof step: one preview page on a private link, no commitment. Website Design is the real build: 1 to 3 pages, bundled with any monthly plan, no upfront cost. Website Design is the multi-page tier (4 to 8 pages) for businesses that need service pillar pages, city landing pages, FAQ sections, and the editorial treatment that a 3-page site cannot support. One-time pricing instead of bundled in a monthly plan.
Can I start small and upgrade later?
Yes. Smaller builds and the Standard / Premium tiers are built on the same design system, so upgrading is a content addition, not a full rebuild. To move up from a single landing page, you purchase the Standard ($1,500) or Premium ($2,500) build. Your existing content carries forward; we add the pages, service pillar structure, and premium motion.
What is the difference between Standard and Premium?
Standard is 4 to 5 pages with 2 to 3 motion treatments and core editorial copy: enough surface for a single-location service business with a focused offer. Premium is 6 to 8 pages with motion treatments on hero and key sections, suited to multi-service or multi-location businesses that need service pillars and city landing pages. The actual page count gets locked during scoping; we will not nickel-and-dime over a 9th page.
How long does the Premium build take?
Most Premium builds ship in 1 to 2 weeks from the discovery call. Standard builds typically run 5 to 7 business days. The lever is content. If we already have your copy and assets at kickoff, we ship faster. If we are also drafting the editorial copy, add a few days. The 48 to 96 hour window only applies to single-page builds.

Outgrown a single landing page?

Book a 15-minute call. We talk through your page count, your offers, which tier fits, and the build is scoped before you hang up. Most clients get the full sitemap proposal within 24 hours of the call.
